WordPress Tutoring, Training and Support

Beginner’s WordPress Tutoring / Training

Although WordPress is generally intuitive ‘out of the box’ for anyone who has a little bit of computer experience, it can be overwhelming if you’re not familiar with the web or are used to another content management system. Furthermore, if your WordPress website has been highly customised or contains a lot of bespoke plugins or themes, you might be left wondering why your site looks nothing like WordPress examples in the online documentation!

My years of experience in both technical support and supporting WordPress for a variety of clients gives me a head start on offering WordPress tutoring and training at a pace that’s suited to you. One on one WordPress training, or as part of a small group, I can offer full training on how to manage and maintain your WordPress website.

Advanced WordPress Support

If you feel you’ve already got to grips with the basics of WordPress — you can publish pages, posts and manage your media files — but aren’t sure how to go about customising the look and feel of your WordPress site; or you wish to extend the functionality using thousands of freely available plugins in the WordPress Repository; or you simply want training on backing up and upgrading WordPress to ensure your site is safe and secure: I can help you.

Covering a range of more advanced topics to help you get the most out of your WordPress website, advanced training sessions are best completed one on one, but I can accomodate up to 3 people.

WordPress Technical Support

If you understand and use your WordPress website well, but you don’t want the potential hassle of dealing with WordPress upgrades and the “techy” bits, talk to me today about my WordPress technical support. Ad hoc when you feel it necessary, or for a fixed monthly fee, let me take care of the important updates that help keep your website secure, optimising for speed and search engines, fixing bugs and increasing compatibility with mobile devices: you name it, I can sort it.

Why I love working with WordPress

I've been using WordPress since the heady days of version 1.0 and developing WordPress websites commercially since version 1.5 (released in 2005!)
