We commissioned Jem to create a new school website. We wanted a website which was well ordered, accessible with a simple design and, most importantly, easy to update by various, non technical members of staff.

Jem provided us with really useful design ideas which helped us give her an idea of what we wanted. Jem very quickly produced a new website, which looks very impressive. Jem then provided an excellent training session which enabled us to add our own pages and menus. Throughout the whole process Jem has been quick in answering our many questions and her suggestions have always been very helpful.

We have found Jem to be extremely professional, helpful and supportive and we would thoroughly recommend Jem to any school looking for a new website.

Patient, diligent and best of all, she didn’t blind me with “technical talk” which in itself was a blessing in disguise. She was amazing whilst the site was being built and since the launch has always been on hand if I have needed her. If you are thinking of working with her, all I will say is… “DO IT!”

Jem has been unflinchingly helpful with every stage of the development of the Albion site, and has helped us keep it up to date and functioning effectively, solving problems as they have arisen. I am a techno-phobe, but Jem has been unfailingly supportive, helpful, always friendly and efficient. Also her rates seem really good value, but don’t tell her I said so.
